Strategies for Congregations to Use in Building Awareness and Commitment Within Congregations

As increasing numbers of congregations are starting and strengthening inclusive ministries, resources for doing so are exploding in number and variety. The goal of this webinar is to share some of the best strategies and resources that the presenters have found for building awareness within their own faith communities about people with disabilities and their families to enhance congregational hospitality and welcome. Strategies for building commitment to inclusion across many areas of congregational life will also be shared and discussed. For families and agency professionals, the session will also provide resources and ideas for them to use in working with congregations.
