Once a team is assembled and goals are crafted, the next step is to begin supporting people with disabilities in moving toward meaningful employment. Sometimes teams already have several people with disabilities in mind and have already approached them about participating. If so, the next step is to begin learning more about their interests, strengths, and experiences.
